About the event
Spend an afternoon making dumplings together and tasting wild foods of the Catskills with forager and chef, Renee Baumann and Lexington Klubhouse hosted by Atina Foods in their lovely outdoor kitchen. In this family-friendly hands-on demonstration, you will learn to make and wrap dumplings in two different styles, cook them over a wood-fired stove and sample our different creations.
Tickets are $20/person, kids under 10 are free. This is a first come/first served event and space is limited, Please RSVP to guarantee you have a spot and pay when you get here.
If you don’t have a reservation dip in whenever you can- we’ll keep wrapping ‘til the dumplings run out! Demos start on the hour!
