About the event
This is a 3-hour workshop designed to get you acquainted with flat weaving cattail leaves. Each student will go home with a complete small cattail basket made entirely out of this local, wild and renewable resource. The design for this pattern is based in traditional rush weaving. Weavers of all experience levels are welcome. Tickets are 100$ and include all materials. (or combine this with the two day hat workshop the following weekend for 385$)
